faith in customer service. Terry and Jo Ann were prompt, courteous and professional; moreover, they did an went
out of their way to use special equipment and cleaners for the wide variety of stains we had, including pet urine and
food stains. They arrived on time and left later than expected to work on specific trouble spots in high traffic areas;
they did not just show up to pull a nozzle over our carpets. They came to actually clean our carpet without damaging
any of our home or our furniture. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Overall
